As it is cited above, we prefer not to toil for a momentary pleasure rather we strive hard for permanent treasure. We do not feed the student with mere facts and knowledge instead; we motivate our students to be the source of knowledge themselves. It has been possibly by team of our staff who mould themselves first, before they mould the students. They demonstrate what they teach and they live what they profess. In other words, our staffs are living examples and best role models who inspire the students.
We achieve what we boldly say by partnering with our students. Y es, students are our partner in our mission to make them entrepreneurs. Our main job is not to get them jobs instead; facilitate them to provide jobs.

Our vision is based on hard work, open communication ,a strong emphasis on team work and high level responsibility. When a gruesome and cruelty is perpetrated, a silent and passive observer also becomes a part of the cruelty. This is my view about any injustice in our country or in srilanka with the recent ethnic genocide. A good discipline ,carred out with good character is the destiny of the nation. Let change take place in you .I wish this for our faculties, learning and updating, not learned and educated professors. I want my students to produce electrical and solar fans with a greater efficiency and economy but not to be a film actors. Students should take very high and great role models like v.o.chidambaram the freedom fighters, Dr.Ambedkar the maker of Indian Constitution. let you not bow down before any unjust force and let you not make anybody bow down you. What we learn becomes a part of who we are

I feel great pleasure in Harding the issue of our college. Over the years the college has achieved continuing success in serving the cause of education in this area. The college presents a happy blend of traditional and modern education where knowledge is imparted to the students so that they may occupy a better place in the modern competitive world and develop all round personalities retaining the beauty of mind and intellect as well as of soul. It has made its mark in academic, sports and cultural fields. All this has been possible with the dedicated and strenuous efforts of the able managing committee and hardwork and experienced faculty and also with the whole-hearted co-operation of the people of the area to whom. I am highly grateful. I assure that the dreams of the people of the area into reality and bring education in this rural area. I can boldly say that we have excelled in every initiative that we undertook and we have stood together in facing the challenges in realizing quality education. In all this, we have made every effort to be sensitive and compassionate to the marginalized and the people in need. I feel happy when the bright and talented students perform remarkably well. However, what makes me happier is when a weak student from a rural background progresses steadily from poor performance to better performance, moving towards excellence.
